RABIH KANAAN (Board Member)

Rabih Kanaan, a civil engineer born in Lebanon and raised in Germany since 1979, studied Construction Management and Structural Engineering at the Technical University of Berlin, graduating in 2002. After a brief academic role researching Public-Private Partnerships, he joined the B&O Group in Munich in 2003, gaining experience in building insurance claims and property renovations. In 2006, he established B&O’s Berlin branch, later becoming its managing director and growing the team to 500 employees. Appointed to the board of B&O Service AG in 2018, Kanaan became CEO in 2023, overseeing operations in Germany and Austria and leading the company’s strategic development.

THOMAS WAGNER (Board Member)

Born in Hesse, the business economist began his career at Bilfinger and Berger in Frankfurt, gaining early experience in Controlling before becoming the commercial manager of the Building Construction division’s Hamburg branch. He joined B&O Service in 2017, leading the Berlin subsidiaries and expanding operations across Central Germany while taking charge of group-wide sales. Now one of three board members of B&O Service, overseeing 20 locations with about 1,900 employees in Germany and Austria, he is responsible for Human Resources, Finance, Sustainability, and Sales, focusing on building partnerships that deliver added value for customers and tenants.

JULIA KRAJEWSKI (Training and Qualification Management)

Born in Berlin, Ms. Krajewski holds vocational training and a degree in Business Communication Management. With over 18 years of experience in Human Resources, she has worked across diverse HR functions, specializing in employee training and development. From 2017 to 2023, she served as Head of Training at the Gegenbauer Group (now Apleona), where she led and advanced the company’s training programs. Since November 2023, she has been Head of Training at B&O Service, driving the strategic and operational growth of the training division. Her international experience, gained through extended stays in England and France, adds valuable intercultural insight to her leadership.
