Senior German Language & Cultural Trainer
Frank Steinhoff brings over 20 years of international experience in the automotive industry, having lived and worked in China for 15 years. Alongside his corporate career, he pursued continuous professional development, including formal studies in German as a Second Language (DaZ) at the Goethe-Institut.
He later transitioned into education, working at an integrated comprehensive school, where he taught DaZ in focus classes, mathematics, and football. He also supported students with behavioral challenges and was a member of the implementation team for the “Startchancen” program under the Hesse Ministry of Education.
Currently, Frank serves at KSR TradesConnect as a Senior German Teacher, where he delivers first-hand German language training and provides daily one-to-one coaching in German culture. His practical and immersive approach ensures candidates are fully prepared—linguistically, culturally, and professionally—for a successful transition to life and work in Germany.
Dominic D’Souza
Senior German Language Trainer
Dominic comes from Mangalore and has spent the last 13 years in Germany and Austria, gaining deep expertise in German language, work culture, and skilled professions. He has worked in schools, hospitals, jails, old age homes, and pastoral care, as well as alongside skilled workers like carpenters and gardeners, giving him a unique understanding of both professional and practical work environments.
Passionate about guiding young professionals, Dominic helps candidates learn the language, understand the culture, and prepare effectively to work and succeed in Germany. His experience also includes mentoring youth and volunteers on cultural and social issues, making him a trusted guide for anyone aspiring to work abroad.
Bharti Juyal
Senior German Language Trainer
Bharti Juyal brings over 15 years of professional experience in German language education and is Grünes Diplom certified by Goethe-Institut, New Delhi. She has extensive experience in teacher training, academic coordination, and German language instruction from A1 to C2 levels, including examination preparation.
She has served as a Trainer for Goethe-Institut’s “Deutsch Lehren Lernen” (Teacher Training) Programme, as well as Head of the German Language Training Department and Regional Head for German-speaking operations, working with a diverse international student base across multiple regions.

Tannu
Senior German Language Trainer
Tannu is a dedicated German language professional with a strong academic foundation and diverse teaching experience. She holds a graduation degree in German Literature from Gargi College, University of Delhi, and is certified at C1 level by Max Mueller Bhavan, Delhi, reflecting advanced proficiency in the language.
She began her teaching career at the private institute, followed by an internship in Kochi, where she specialized in training students for the B1 speaking examination. She later joined Goethe-Zentrum Trivandrum, where she taught for two years, conducting both regular German language courses and specialized programs for nurses.
